This bedroom is upstairs in the cleverly converted loft space. There is a king-size bed, bedside tables, a hair dryer and built in wardrobes and cupboards. There are two velux windows looking out over the front of the house which have good views over the Gann, and out to the mouth of the River Cleddau. To the back of the room is a large window over looking the back garden and farmlands beyond. The room has a small powder room with WC and basin.

Bedroom 2

This bedroom is downstairs at the front of the house. It has spectacular views over the Gann; imagine waking up to a beautiful sunrise and hearing the sound of waves and seabirds! There is a king-size bed, bedside tables, a hairdryer,  wardrobe and small chair.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom is directly behind Bedroom 2, downstairs and at the back of the house. It has two single beds, a bedside table and a wardrobe.

The window looks out over the back courtyard area.

Bedroom 4

This bedroom is downstairs and at the very back of the house. It has a set of single bunk beds , wardrobe and T.V.  This room has access to the conservatory.

The lounge benefits from double aspect windows flooding the room with light during the day. It is the perfect place for a morning cup of tea looking out over the beautiful views. There is a Sky TV and a good sized flat screen and DVD player. There is a stereo with built in CD player. There is an extending dining table to seat 6-8 people. The lounge has a multi-fuel burner which is perfect for having a cosy night in!

There is a well equipped galley kitchen which provides all of the essentials to allow real home cooking. There is  a fridge-freezer, electric cooker with four ring hob and over head grill, slow cooker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and baking essentials!

The bathroom is a fair size and has a WC, basin, corner bath and separate shower. There is a shaver point next to the mirror.

At the back of the house is a lovely conservatory. It is far enough away from the road that cars cannot disturb you. It is the perfect place to have some peace and quiet and watch the birds or read a book. There are four rattan chairs and two lamps for when evening sets in.

The front garden is small but grassy. There is plenty of room for little ones to play. There is a little water fountain that gives a sense of tranquillity that matches the wonderful views. There is a bench under the front window and folding chairs in the porch.

The back garden has a small patch of grass and a concrete drive and parking area big enough for plenty of vehicles. There is a courtyard area just outside the back garden with access to the Wash House. In here you will find a washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board. You can use this space to keep walking boots, coats and general out door gear. There is also an outside shower and toilet should you need them!
